Ms. Caroline has 11 years of experience teaching in Early Childhood Montessori preschool environments. She brings a bubbly, caring, and gentle presence to CHMS, always approaching her work with thoughtfulness and intention. She is passionate about supporting each child’s development with warmth and joy, while encouraging children to take on challenges to become more confident!

Mr. Jad brings 11 years of experience working in a variety of roles at CHMS. His calm presence, combined with his thoughtful leadership and forward-thinking mindset, creates a supportive environment where both children and educators thrive. Mr. Jad is passionate about guiding Montessori educators, helping them grow into reflective practitioners throughout their careers at CHMS.

B.A. in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College and AMS Early Childhood Credential. Master’s in Montessori Education from Xavier University.

Ms. Jusleny brings two years of Montessori teaching experience to CHMS. She welcomes children each day with a bright, cheerful personality and a wide smile that adds warmth to our school community. Jusleny is deeply compassionate and empathetic—qualities that help her build strong relationships with both children and fellow Montessori guides.
