Ms. Annie is a Lead Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 2nd year at CHMS. She brings 18 years of Montessori teaching experience to the CHMS community. She is deeply committed to her craft and is always learning, growing, and striving to become an even better educator. Ms. Annie loves creating new Montessori lessons that inspire curiosity and engagement, and her dedication to continuous improvement shines through in her thoughtful and gentle presence.

Ms. Carol is the Business Manager at CHMS and is entering her 9th year with the CHMS community since joining in 2016. She oversees all financial aspects of CHMS operations. She brings a warm, kind presence to her interactions with staff and families, and her steady approach helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

B.S. in Health Services Administration from Auburn University

Ms. Denise is the Admissions Director and former Head of School at CHMS and is entering her 25th year with the community since joining in 2000. She serves as a guiding light in our community, helping to uphold and carry forward CHMS’s mission and vision for education. Her wisdom, dedication, and deep commitment to the growth of every child are evident in her work each and every day.

B.S. in Psychology from Worcester State University | AMS Infant/Toddler (0-3) Credential

Mr. Jad is the Head of School at CHMS and is entering his 11th year with the CHMS community since joining in 2014. He holds a variety of leadership roles and brings a steady presence to CHMS. Mr. Jad is especially passionate about mentoring Montessori educators and supporting their growth as reflective, lifelong practitioners.

Ms. Jusleny is a Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 2nd year at CHMS. She brings years of Montessori teaching experience to CHMS and welcomes children each day with a bright, cheerful personality and a warm smile that adds to the sense of community at our school. Ms. Jusleny is deeply compassionate and empathetic, qualities that help her build strong, trusting relationships with both children and fellow Montessori Guides.

B.A. in Humanities from Ebenezer Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia

Ms. Marianna is a Lead Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 2nd year at CHMS. She brings two years of Montessori teaching experience to CHMS and she approaches each day with grace, patience, and a wonderful smile that brightens the classroom. Her positive attitude and calm presence help create a nurturing environment where toddlers and preschoolers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.
