Ms. Ayesha is a Lead Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 23rd year with the community since joining in 2002. Ms. Carol is the Business Manager at CHMS and is entering her 9th year with the CHMS community since joining in 2016. She oversees all financial aspects of CHMS operations. She brings a warm, kind presence to her interactions with staff and families, and her steady approach helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Ms. Carol

Ms. Dee is a Lead Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 3rd year with the community, since joining in 2022. She brings 13 years of experience leading Early Childhood Montessori environments. Ms. Dee loves building relationships with families and sharing the magic of children’s growth and learning in the Montessori classroom. She brings patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing spirit to CHMS.

Ms. Dee

Ms. Denise is the Admissions Director and former Head of School at CHMS and is entering her 25th year with the community since joining in 2000. She serves as a guiding light in our community, helping to uphold and carry forward CHMS’s mission and vision for education. Her wisdom, dedication, and deep commitment to the growth of every child are evident in her work each and every day.

Ms. Denise

Mr. Jad is the Head of School at CHMS and is entering his 11th year with the CHMS community since joining in 2014. He holds a variety of leadership roles and brings a steady presence to CHMS. Mr. Jad is especially passionate about mentoring Montessori educators and supporting their growth as reflective, lifelong practitioners.

Ms. Khin is a Lead Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 3rd year with the community, since joining in 2022. She brings 13 years of experience educating young children, including the last eight years in Early Childhood Montessori environments. Ms. Khin is passionate about creating a beautiful, prepared Montessori space where children can learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment. Her sense of humor and positive energy are deeply appreciated by children and staff alike.

Ms. Maja is a Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 6th year with the community since joining in 2019. She brings 12 years of experience working with young children at the early childhood level. Ms. Maja is a natural cheerleader and brings fun, enthusiasm, and positive energy to both our staff and student community.

Ms. Sia is a Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 13th year with the community since joining in 2012. She supports both toddler and preschool children with a calm and caring presence. Ms. Sia has a gentle soul and brings a nurturing attitude to her work with children, staff, and families each day.

Ms. Rufina is a Montessori Guide at CHMS and is entering her 9th year with the community since joining in 2016. She engages with students of all ages across the school and brings a calm, observant presence to her work.
